It is my pleasure to write a review on the Yoga Sessions conducted by Acharya Hari Ram, where I was one of his sadhak.

I have been a part of Acharyaji’s Yoga class for over a period of 1year till 06 Oct. 2019  when Acharya Ji was relocated to Australia.

The Yoga Sessions were conducted by Acharya Ji for 2 hours from 05.30 AM to 07.30 AM starting one hour before sunrise and closing one hour after the sunrise. These Sessions were in Senior Citizens Park, Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon – 122009, Haryana (India) three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

He also conducted Yoga for Children on Saturdays and Sundays for same duration of two hours from 6 AM to 8 AM starting at the time of sunrise.

Though I was earlier also exposed to Yoga practice and was doing it inconsistently, the Yga session from Acharya Ji benefitted me on many accounts. It has improved my physical, mental and spiritual strength and improved my focus and confidence. Since, I  believe in self-healing by way of Yoga Practice, my dependence on medication has reduced over the period. However, I feel that consistency in carrying out Yoga practice is necessary for continued benefit.
