It is my pleasure to write a review on the Yoga Sessions conducted by Acharya Hari Ram, where me, my associates and residents of Sushant Lok-1 learnt and enjoyed Yoga Practice. Me, my associates and residents have been a part of Acharyaji’s Yoga classes for over a period of eight years. The Yoga Sessions were conducted by Acharya Ji for 2 hours from 05.30 to 07.30 AM from on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These Sessions were mostly in Senior Citizens Park, Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon – 122009, Haryana (India). We also attended morning Yoga classes for children on Saturdays and Sunday conducted by Acharya Ji from 06.00 to 08.00 AM. The period of Yoga Sessions was 01 April 2015 to 06 Oct.2019. The Yoga session from Acharya Ji benefitted us on many accounts. It has improved my physical, mental and spiritual strength and improved my focus and confidence. Since, I  believe in self-healing by way of Yoga Practice, my dependence on medication has reduced over the period. However, I feel that consistency in carrying out Yoga practice is necessary for continued benefit.
