It is my pleasure to write a feedback on the Yoga Sessions conducted by Acharya Hari Ram, where me and my both Child Kritika and Kartik learnt Yoga.

I have been a part of Acharyaji’s Yoga classes for over a period of two years. The Yoga Sessions were conducted by Acharya Ji for 2 hours from 06.00 PM to 08.00 PM from Monday to Friday. These Sessions were mostly at Senior citizen Park, Near Vyapar Kendra Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon-122009 (Haryana), India. We also attended morning Yoga classes for children on Saturdays and Sunday conducted by Acharya Ji from 06.00 to 08.00 AM. The period of Yoga Sessions was 01 July 2017 to 30 July 2019.

The Yoga session from Acharya Ji benefitted me on many accounts. It has improved my physical, mental and spiritual strength and improved my focus and confidence at workplace and in personal life. Since, I believe in self-healing by way of Yoga Practice, I feel that consistency in carrying out Yoga practice is necessary for good health and mental peace.
